They are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure an animal’s illness, injury, behavioral condition, or medical problem.
Nolverapets™ does not provide veterinary services or individualized medical advice.

SECTION 9 – PLACING AN ORDER
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your checkout summary.
An automatic confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is generally accepted after:

Order information is verified
Inventory is confirmed
Fraud and security reviews are completed

Orders may enter preparation shortly after payment is approved.
Requests to cancel an order, update an address, or change a product should be sent within 12 hours after purchase.

Unless another currency is clearly displayed, prices are presented in United States Dollars.
Prices may change at any time without advance notice.
The price applicable to an accepted order will generally be the price displayed when the order was submitted, except when an obvious error has occurred.

Nolverapets™ uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform to operate its online store and provide portions of the Services.
All sales made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Best Pet Supplies LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of Nolverapets™ products and does not control our product selection, descriptions, prices, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, product performance, or customer service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from a purchase transaction between you and Best Pet Supplies LLC.

Failing to supervise an animal
